Return Policy

What We Accept

We will happily refund or replace items if one of the following occurs:

-Print or artwork defect (e.g., misalignment, missing print, incorrect design).

-Product damage received upon delivery (e.g., tears, holes, severe shipping damage).

-Wrong product shipped (we sent an item you didn’t order).

To make a claim:

-Contact us at at the contact page at the top left of the page within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching clear photos of the defect/damage.

-We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.

-If approved, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund/store credit (your preference). We cover shipping for valid replacements.

What We Don’t Accept

Because every item is custom-printed and finalized once your order is placed, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

-Changed mind, wrong size, doesn’t fit or look as expected.

-Ordered wrong color or product model by mistake.

-Worn items or items returned without first being approved.

-Items damaged after delivery (through wear & tear, improper washing or misuse).

Please check our Sizing Chart, product descriptions and shop carefully before placing your order.

Size & Fit

Our apparel is printed when you order—it doesn’t sit on the shelf. That allows us to keep the mission-first cost-structure going. Because of that, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed. To ensure you get the right fit:

-Review our sizing chart and product mock-ups.

-Measure your own items and compare.

-Reach out in advance if you have questions.

Replacement or Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

-We will send a replacement free of charge OR

-Issue a refund to your original payment method OR

-Provide store credit (your choice).

We aim to fulfill replacements within 7–10 business days from approval.

Fraud prevention & Restrictions

To protect both you and our mission, we reserve the right to decline suspicious claims. Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account restrictions for future purchases.
